Child Safety Standards

Golf Circle is committed to keeping our community safe and to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page describes our standards and how anyone can report a concern.

1. Golf Circle is an app for adults

Golf Circle is intended for users aged 18 and over. The service is a way for adult golfers to find playing partners. Accounts for minors are not permitted. We take active steps to keep minors off the platform.

2. Zero tolerance for CSAE

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content, conduct, or contact that sexually exploits or endangers children. This includes grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and the sharing, solicitation, or promotion of CSAM. Violations result in immediate removal and account termination.

3. Prevention and moderation

• Age gating: the app is restricted to users 18+.
• In-app reporting and blocking: every profile can be reported or blocked directly from the app.
• We review reports and remove offending accounts and content.
• We cooperate with law enforcement and, where required by law, report CSAM to the appropriate authorities (including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, NCMEC, in the United States).

4. How to report a concern

If you encounter content or behavior that may involve the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child:

• Use the in-app Report option on the relevant profile, or
• Email our child safety point of contact: jperrama@gmail.com.

We aim to review reports of this nature as a priority.

5. Compliance

We comply with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and with applicable child safety laws in the regions where Golf Circle is available. Our standards are reviewed and updated as needed.
